The big online gaming companies are all taking steps to come into force in the U.S. market after the regulation of online poker. The latest addition is this partnership between two companies that own casinos and Bwin.Party.

The Bwin.Party had announced about a month ago to be in negotiations with U.S. companies for a possible collaboration with a view to the return of the giant of online gaming to the U.S. market.

According to reports on the agreement, Bwin.Party will get 65% of future business, getting MGM to 25% and the remaining 10% for Boyd Gaming Inc.

"This agreement was done to prepare for the next step," said Jim Ryan, Co-CEO Bwin.Party.
